Returns and refunds
Our products are made to order. Contact support@template-e2e.printkindred.com with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging where possible.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
When an issue is confirmed, we offer a replacement at no extra charge or a refund for the affected item, including its applicable original shipping charge. If a physical return is required, we provide return instructions and cover the return shipping cost. The authorised return address for this store is: 123 Test Lab Road, Austin, TX 78701, United States. No restocking fee applies. Please do not send items to a production facility.
Change of mind and size selection
Correctly supplied made-to-order items are not eligible for voluntary returns or exchanges because of preference, a customer-selected size or color, or a later change of mind. Please check the listing and size chart first. Mandatory legal cancellation, return, warranty and refund rights remain intact, including any statutory withdrawal right that applies.
Cancellations and order changes
We assess order changes and cancellations against the production stage. Contact us promptly so we can confirm the available options. After production starts, voluntary amendments may not be possible; mandatory rights are preserved.
Refund timing
Our refund submission deadline is 1 calendar day after approval, using the original payment method. The credit may appear later because posting time is controlled by your bank or payment provider. We can confirm submission on request.
Missing or delayed deliveries
For a delivery that has passed its estimated window, get in touch so we can check with the carrier and arrange a suitable next step. Confirm the address at checkout and tell us promptly about an error. Any possible reshipment charge is explained before it is requested; it is never imposed automatically.
